For the 2011-2012 seasonal year, the USASA will organize National Cups competitions entitled as follows:

(1) US National Men's Amateur Cup
(2) US National Women's Amateur Cup
(3) US National Men's Over-30 Cup
(4) US National Men's Under-23 Cup
(5) US National Women's Under-23 Cup
(6) US National Men's Open Cup *

* The US National Men's Open Cup will continue to qualify teams for the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Open Cup. Regional champions will continue to compete at the National Finals for the USASA Open Cup (the Werner Fricker Cup).

The entry fees shall be as follows:

$250.00 for U.S. National Men's Open Cup
$150.00 for all other National Cups

The deadline to apply for the MASS state rounds is Tuesday, November 8, 2011 and preliminary rounds start on Saturday, November 12, 2011.

To sign up, download the National Cup Registration Form. Only applications that are submitted electronically via e-mail to JP Musanda at mluke@rcn.com will be accepted. Please do not send the paper entry form as USASA will not accept this. Also an application will only be considered as complete when both the online registration payment on the USASA website (link to be posted on here soon) and the electronic application(s) have been received by your State National Cups Commissioner.

It is extremely important that all team managers read the National Cup Rules (available here) very carefully as it is your responsibility to be familiar with the rules in order to avoid any forfeit at the state, regional or National level. You should pay particular attention to: Player Eligibility, Player Pool, Player Passes, and Playing Rules.
