The MSSL Spring South Division dramatically came down to the final week where Boston Olympiakos (the 2015 Spring South Champions) took on rivals Albania United (The 2015 MSSL Division 1 Fall Champions) for first place. This time around, Albania came out on top 2-0 finishing the campaign with an admirable 8-1-0 record to secure their very first MSSL Spring South Championship... In the North division, Southie FC clinched their second consecutive Massachusetts State Soccer League (MSSL) Spring North Title with an 8-0-0 record. Southie FC's Tim Ritter, Brian Grisell and Roy Sandeman lead the team with 16, 15 and 7 goals respectively while UNH standout Colin O'Donnell secured the defense allowing just 8 goals against. Lowell United and Essex County FC (their inaugural season) finished close behind SFC with 4-4-1 and 4-5-0 records respectively... The top three clubs from the north and the top three teams from the south will combine to make up the 2016 MSSL Fall Division 1 table.
