• Any properly constituted soccer league or association with four or more teams that has a schedule with a minimum of 8 games per team and a season not less than 30 days duration, may be affiliated with MASS.
• Each Association or League must make available a copy of their constitution and by-laws to the Secretary of MASS annually.
• Each affiliated League's bylaws must include a method for hearing appeals; and this process must be made readily available to all members of the League.
• Each affiliated League shall pay annually such affiliation fees as required by the USASA and MASS. See: Mass Soccer League Bond Policy
• Each affiliated league shall use the MASS online roster system (reg.mass-soccer.org) to generate game-day rosters.
