2021 Fall O40 Champions - Kel Kau FC Masters

Happy Birthday!

We would like to wish our New England Over-the-Hill Soccer League (OTHSL) a Happy 40th Birthday! This year, they celebrated forty years of organizing soccer matches for our over 30 soccer community. A tip of our hat, to OTHSL President, Jim Buza, and his board of directors for continuing the legacy of this league and celebrating its accomplishments.

OTHSL has 274 teams across 19 divisions. This Sunday soccer league kicks off each spring in early April with playoffs in June.  After a brief summer hiatus, they return to the pitch in late August and the fall season culminates with divisional playoffs in mid-November.

Beyond just being the largest league in New England, they also are amongst the largest in the country and have earned national recognition, including presenting their success story at a recent USASA regional conference.

Don't let the name fool you, this is also one of the most competitive leagues in the country.  Its teams continuously represent our state and region in national competitions, such as the USASA Mengel O30, O40 Cup, and USASA Soccer Fest (previously US Veteran's Cup).

Kudos and congratulations to all those past board members who have established such a successful foundation and the current leaders who dedicate so much of their time to continuing the tradition and building and expanding the league's outreach. Special recognition to our own Mass Soccer webmaster, Jeremy Mordkoff, who tireless works on the scheduling and technology behind the scenes to help OTHSL operate seamlessly each season.

Happy 40th New England Over-the-Hill League!  We wish you continued success in providing quality soccer playing opportunities to our state soccer community!
