The Bay State Soccer League (BSSL) is up-and-running three weeks into the 2018 season and it's another exciting year for the league with the addition of 11 new teams (Boston City FC U20, Boston Siege, Iraq FC, Lowell United, Lusitana Sports, Oneida Reserves, SR Young Boys, United Hands FC, Valeo FC U20, Worcester County, Worcester Warriors) and the expansion of Division 3 North and Division 3 South from 10 to 14 teams each. MIT will be tested in their next three league matches against perennial powerhouses clubs First Wave, GPS Omens and Warehouse Gunners.

The two sides will meet on September 8 in what looks to be a very exciting matchup. UNations FC and Iraq FC are both undefeated as well with 2 wins and 1 draw each.
