Massachusetts Adult Soccer

The first match of our 2019 Mass Soccer Champions Cup semifinals, Kel Kau (OTHSL champions) played Mosteiros (USAfrica League Champion).

Mosteiros arrived early and ready to play!  They jumped out to a quick lead with a goal from Igor Fernandes around the 18 minute and then Nilton Andrade quickly added another 5 minutes later.

Then minutes before the half, Francis Okafor added a 3rd Mosteiros goal, making it Mosteiros up 3-0 at the half.

But Mosteiros did not cool off after the halftime break.  Quickly adding to the lead was #9 Walter Varela, then #6 Eddy Lopes.  Walter netted one more for Mosteiros bringing the final score: Mosteiros over Kel Kau 6-0.

Mosteiros will move on to the finals next week to defend their title against GPS Omens.  The game is scheduled for 10 :30am kick off at Danehy Park, Field 3.
